Partial Planning + Design
This package is meant for the couples that would like guidance throughout the entire planning process but are interested in doing some of the work themselves. It will be a team effort with your planner by your side the entire time.
Paige Events will provide the following services:

- Two in-person planning meetings
- Unlimited contact by phone + email
- Curation of wedding day design with mood boards
- Budget consultations & guidance of investments
- Creation of wedding day timeline
- Creation of layouts/diagrams
- Access to Aisle Planner - our collaborative online planning portal

- Access to our preferred vendor network + curation of recommended vendors based on your vision + budget
- Sourcing of any vendors outside our network, as needed
- Management of vendor communications
- Management of all rental orders

- Rehearsal direction the day before the wedding
- On-site supervision and coordination on your wedding day
- Oversee all vendor setup + teardown
- Set-up of items such as programs, favors, table numbers, guest book + personal decor
- Management of wedding day timeline
- Day-of wedding planner assistant included (if needed)
- Distribution of final vendor payments (if needed)
- Collection of personal items + gifts afterwards

This packages includes everything in the Partial Planning package (please see above), plus the below services:

- Creating + sending out Save the Dates
- Creating + sending out Invitations
- Creation of wedding website
- Management of guests’ RSVPs
- Finding + booking accommodations for you + your guests
- Point of contact for all guests
- Ordering event-day signage such as food menus, welcome signs, etc.
